I began my practice in March, 2009 graduating from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Through the years I have developed my skills in myo-fascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, joint mobilization, facilitated stretching and general Swedish incorporating a variety of techniques as I feel required.
My scope of practice spans from specific injury or pathology such as sprain, muscle strain and migraine to general stress relief.
I have also been an assistant instructor and clinic supervisor at both West Coast and Langara College in their respective RMT programs.
My personal interests include a dedicated mediation and yoga practice along with hitting the gym regularly for weight resistance exercises and cardio. I also enjoy getting on my bike or hitting the woods for a hike.
For entertainment, I love a good sci fi flick or dinner out with friends or a low key evening at home with a book. I will also attempt to impress with my cooking skills. Some ya win, some, well, you learn.

Aizhana is a graduate of the Langara RMT Program. Growing up she participated in dance, gymnastics, and various other sports which strengthened her conviction of the importance of individualized, patient-centered physical rehabilitation and maintenance programs for everyone, no matter the physical activity level. She is passionate about helping others by facilitating more ease with movement and daily life activities, often by means of reducing pain, discomfort, and stress. She believes in helping patients support themselves by providing advice on home self-care such as exercise, hydrotherapy, and small daily modifications. Her ideal goals are to graduate patients to the maintenance phase where fewer and fewer treatments are needed.
Her practice interests are in women’s health, including pre-natal and post-natal periods, as well as general orthopedic injuries (both acute and chronic/repetitive).
On days off she loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s patio gardening, hiking, or snowboarding. Her other passions are animals and reading, (so you can always count on her to provide animal or book trivia)!
